मैंने VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo Eicher) में काम करते समय supplier quality से जुड़े कई practical situations देखे हैं।

कई बार supplier से आने वाले parts में dimension issue, surface defect या fitment problem आती थी। ऐसे cases में incoming inspection के दौरान defect पकड़ा जाता था ताकि production line प्रभावित न हो।
