परिचय

Manufacturing Industry में Quality सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चीज होती है।

यदि किसी Product में Defect आ जाए और वह Customer तक पहुँच जाए, तो Company को भारी नुकसान हो सकता है।

इसीलिए Industries में किसी भी Defect या Major Issue की जानकारी तुरंत सभी Departments तक पहुँचाने के लिए “Quality Alert” जारी किया जाता है।

Automobile Industry में Quality Alert बहुत Common और Important System है।

मैंने खुद VE Commercial Vehicles में Quality Activities के दौरान Quality Alert System को closely देखा है जहाँ किसी भी defect मिलने पर तुरंत पूरी line को alert किया जाता था।

Quality Alert क्या होता है?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Quality Alert एक प्रकार का Warning या Information Notice होता है जिसे किसी Defect, Problem या Customer Complaint के बारे में सभी संबंधित Departments को Inform करने के लिए जारी किया जाता है।

इसका उद्देश्य होता है:

✔ Same defect दोबारा न हो

✔ Production Team को Alert करना

✔ Customer तक defective part जाने से रोकना

✔ Root Cause जल्दी पहचानना

Quality Alert कब जारी किया जाता है?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

जब Industry में कोई Serious Problem आती है तब Quality Alert जारी किया जाता है।

जैसे:

❌ Line Rejection

❌ Supplier Defect

❌ Wrong Assembly

❌ Missing Part

❌ Torque Issue

❌ Safety Related Problem

Quality Alert में क्या-क्या होता है?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

एक Standard Quality Alert में निम्न जानकारी होती है:

1. Problem Description

क्या Problem आई है।

2. Defect Photo

Actual Defect की Photo लगाई जाती है।

3. Part Number

कौन सा Part Defective है।

4. Root Cause

Problem क्यों हुई।

5. Countermeasure

Problem रोकने के लिए क्या Action लिया गया।

6. Responsible Department

किस Department की जिम्मेदारी है।

Quality Alert कैसे काम करता है?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 1: Defect Identify होना

सबसे पहले Defect मिलता है:

✔ Production Line पर

✔ Customer Side

✔ Final Inspection में

✔ Supplier Material में

Step 2: Quality Team Investigation

अब Quality Team:

✔ Defect Check करती है

✔ Affected Parts Identify करती है

✔ Root Cause ढूँढती है

Step 3: Quality Alert जारी करना

इसके बाद QA Team Quality Alert बनाती है।

यह Alert:

✔ Production Line

✔ Store

✔ Supplier

✔ Quality Team

सभी जगह Share किया जाता है।

Step 4: Corrective Action

अब Problem रोकने के लिए Action लिया जाता है।

जैसे:

✔ Line Inspection बढ़ाना

✔ Poka Yoke लगाना

✔ Operator Training

Quality Alert के प्रकार

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Internal Quality Alert

Factory के अंदर Issue आने पर जारी किया जाता है।

2. Customer Quality Alert

Customer Complaint आने पर जारी किया जाता है।

3. Supplier Quality Alert

Supplier Material में Problem मिलने पर जारी किया जाता है।

Automobile Industry में Quality Alert बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होता है क्योंकि छोटी गलती भी Safety Issue बन सकती है।

उदाहरण:

❌ Brake Defect

❌ Bolt Missing

❌ Welding Crack

❌ Torque Missing

ऐसे मामलों में तुरंत Alert जारी किया जाता है।

Real Industrial Experience

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

VE Commercial Vehicles में काम करते समय मैंने कई बार Quality Alerts देखे हैं।

यदि किसी Component में Rejection मिलता था, तो तुरंत Quality Team पूरी Line को Alert करती थी।

कई बार Red Tag लगाकर Defective Material अलग किया जाता था ताकि वह गलती से Production में उपयोग न हो जाए।

Why Why Analysis और Corrective Action के बाद ही Production दोबारा Normal किया जाता था।

इससे Customer Complaint और Line Rejection दोनों कम होते थे।
