Gate Entry से Dispatch तक पूरा Process | Manufacturing Industry Complete Guide

परिचय

किसी भी Manufacturing Industry में Raw Material आने से लेकर तैयार Product ग्राहक तक पहुँचने तक एक पूरा सिस्टम काम करता है। इस Process में कई Departments शामिल होते हैं जैसे Store, SCM, Production, Quality और Dispatch Team।

Automobile Industry में यह Process बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होता है क्योंकि छोटी सी गलती भी Customer Complaint या Line Stop का कारण बन सकती है।

मैंने खुद VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo Eicher) में काम करते हुए इस Process को करीब से देखा है, जहाँ हर Material और Vehicle Part का Proper Tracking किया जाता है।

1. Gate Entry Process क्या होता है?

जब कोई Supplier Factory में Material लेकर आता है, तो सबसे पहले उसकी Entry Main Gate पर होती है। इसे Gate Entry Process कहा जाता है।

Gate पर Security Team निम्न चीजें Check करती है:

✔ Vehicle Number

✔ Supplier Name

✔ Invoice / Challan

✔ Material Details

✔ Delivery Time

इसके बाद System में Gate Entry बनाई जाती है।

Gate Entry का उद्देश्य

Unauthorized Vehicle रोकना

Material Tracking करना

Security Maintain करना

Delivery Record रखना

2. Unloading Process

Gate Entry के बाद Vehicle को Unloading Area में भेजा जाता है।

यहाँ Store Team Material को Vehicle से उतारती है।

इस दौरान:

✔ Box Counting

✔ Material Condition

✔ Packaging Damage

✔ Quantity Verification

Check किया जाता है।

यदि Material Damage हो तो तुरंत Quality Team को Inform किया जाता है।

3. Incoming Inspection / RQC Process

अब Material जाता है Quality Department में जहाँ उसका Inspection होता है।

इसे Incoming Inspection या RQC (Receipt Quality Control) कहते हैं।

यहाँ क्या Check होता है?

✔ Drawing Dimension

✔ Surface Defect

✔ Color / Marking

✔ Welding Quality

✔ Specification Match

यदि Material OK हो तो “Accepted” किया जाता है।

अगर Defect मिले तो “Rejected” कर दिया जाता है।

मैंने खुद VE Commercial Vehicles में RQC Activity की है जहाँ Supplier Parts का Inspection किया जाता था ताकि Defective Material Production Line तक न पहुँचे।

4. Store Entry Process

Inspection Pass होने के बाद Material Store में Shift किया जाता है।

Store Department:

✔ Material Location Allocate करता है

✔ Bin Number देता है

✔ System Entry करता है

✔ Stock Update करता है

यहाँ FIFO System भी Follow किया जाता है ताकि पुराना Material पहले उपयोग हो।

5. Production Line Issue

अब Production Team Store से Material Issue करती है।

इसके बाद Material Assembly Line या Manufacturing Line पर जाता है।

Production Department का काम:

✔ Part Assembly

✔ Machine Operation

✔ Target Completion

✔ Productivity Maintain करना

यहाँ Daily Production Target पूरा करना बहुत जरूरी होता है।

6. In-Process Quality Inspection

Production के दौरान Quality Team लगातार Inspection करती रहती है।

इसे In-Process Inspection कहते हैं।

इसमें Check होता है:

✔ Torque

✔ Fitment

✔ Dimension

✔ Functional Check

✔ Visual Defect

यदि कोई Problem मिलती है तो तुरंत:

✔ Line Stop

✔ Quality Alert

✔ Why Why Analysis

किया जाता है।

7. Final Inspection Process

जब Product पूरी तरह तैयार हो जाता है, तब Final Inspection किया जाता है।

यह सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चरण होता है।

यहाँ Check होता है:

✔ Product Appearance

✔ Functional Test

✔ Safety Check

✔ Documentation

✔ Customer Requirement

यदि Product सभी Standards Pass कर लेता है तो उसे Dispatch के लिए Approve किया जाता है।

8. Packing Process

Final Approval के बाद Product की Packing की जाती है।

Packing Team सुनिश्चित करती है कि:

✔ Product Safe रहे

✔ Transit Damage न हो

✔ Proper Labeling हो

✔ Customer Details सही हों

Automobile Industry में Barcode और QR Code भी उपयोग किए जाते हैं।

9. Dispatch Process

अब तैयार Product Dispatch Area में भेजा जाता है।

Dispatch Team:

✔ Invoice बनाती है

✔ E-Way Bill तैयार करती है

✔ Transport Arrange करती है

✔ Vehicle Loading करती है

इसके बाद Product Customer या Dealer तक भेज दिया जाता है।

10. Dispatch के बाद Tracking

आजकल Industries GPS और ERP System से Dispatch Tracking करती हैं।

इससे पता चलता है:

✔ Material कहाँ पहुँचा

✔ Delivery Time क्या है

✔ Delay हुआ या नहीं

SCM Team इस पूरी Tracking को Manage करती है।

इस Process का महत्व

यदि किसी भी Step में गलती हो जाए तो:

❌ Production Line रुक सकती है

❌ Customer Complaint आ सकती है

❌ Rejection बढ़ सकता है

❌ Company Loss हो सकता है

इसलिए Manufacturing Industry में हर Process Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) के अनुसार किया जाता है।

Real Industrial Experience

VE Commercial Vehicles में काम करते समय मैंने देखा कि हर Material का Proper Tracking किया जाता है।

Supplier से Material आने के बाद पहले Gate Entry होती थी, फिर RQC Inspection और उसके बाद ही Production Line पर Material भेजा जाता था।

यदि कोई Defect मिलता था तो तुरंत Supplier को Inform किया जाता था और Why Why Analysis किया जाता था।

इससे Customer तक Defective Product जाने से बच जाता था।

निष्कर्ष

Gate Entry से Dispatch तक पूरा Process Manufacturing Industry की Backbone होता है।

यह Process सुनिश्चित करता है कि सही Material सही समय पर सही Quality के साथ Customer तक पहुँचे।

Automobile Industry में Quality, Safety और Time बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं, इसलिए हर Department Coordination के साथ काम करता है।
