आज लगभग सभी बड़ी Factories में Andon System का उपयोग होता है।

Andon एक Visual Alert System होता है जो Production Line में किसी भी Problem, Breakdown या Quality Issue की जानकारी तुरंत देता है।
यह System:

✔ Display Screen
✔ Signal
के माध्यम से काम करता है।
जब किसी मशीन, Operator या Quality में कोई समस्या आती है तो Andon Signal Activate हो जाता है।
